Mr. Ryan Wilcox is the sole owner of Dynasty Remodeling LLC the Largest Remodeling Company in Wood County Ohio. Contracting 100+ Projects Each Year. With 90% Customer Satisfaction & Repeat Clients. Ryan Wilcox has been in the home improvement, general contracting and construction fields for 17 years. In 1998 he started working for B&O Construction a traveling commercial contracting company from Toledo OH, building large commercial dairy farms in Ohio, Indiana, Kentucky, and Michigan from the ground up. In his 2 years with that company he shadowed and apprenticed with many trades including; electrical, concrete, steel workers and of course grunt work. Eventually he was given the chance to run heavy machinery to round out his experience with that company. Mr. Wilcox then moved on to further his knowledge and got into residential remodeling & construction. In early 2000 Mr. Wilcox started working for different general contractors and sub-contractors. Over the next 2 years in NWO (Northwest Ohio), he was tasked with many jobs as most are being young and green in the trades. He hung & finished drywall, various textures applied/matched ceilings and walls, interior and exterior painting on scaffolds and ladders. Not being afraid of heights he started roofing, siding and gutter work, all phases of kitchen and bathroom remodels, from demo & framing to finish carpentry with those same generals and subs. In 2002 Mr. Wilcox then moved to Columbus OH and started working with two general contractors who flipped houses. All these rehabs involved almost everything one would need for experience and creativity from custom tile work, kitchen and bathroom design, etc... Most of those homes were complete gut jobs and renovated to a more modern style and appeal. In 2004 Ryan decided he was going to try and build his own company. He thought it best to move back to his home town of Bowling Green OH to build and start his business. And "Dynasty" was born. The population and demographics were ideal and he knew the area. Mr. Wilcox started Dynasty Remodeling in June of 2004, filed with the State, registered locally in Wood County and began the struggle of starting a business from nothing. Over the next 9 years or so Mr. Wilcox marketed and positioned Dynasty Remodeling to become the go to General Contractor in all of Wood County OH. In 2013 He changed the business from a sole proprietor into an LLC. Since 2004 when Mr. Wilcox started Dynasty Remodeling LLC and the 6 plus years before that, for a total of 17+ yrs in the Home Improvement/Remodeling and General Contracting industry, He has personally installed hundreds upon hundreds of; Roofs- Full roof replacements & repairs, residential, commercial, barns, shingled, metal, rubber, etc Siding- Complete siding replacement & repairs, residential, barns, vinyl, metal, etc Additions- Foundation work, framing, add-ons, sunrooms, enclosed patios, 2nd story additions, etc Kitchen & Bathroom Remodels- Complete renovations, custom designs, cabinets and countertops, flooring, removal of load barring walls, structural plans and drawings, custom shower pans, tile work, insulation, etc Drywall- Hang, tape, mud, finish textures, repairs, etc Basement Remodels- Walls erected, framing, finish carpentry, etc Basement Waterproofing- Foundation repairs, tile, sump pumps, dry outs, mold remediation, etc Interior & Exterior Painting Ceilings, walls, decks, houses, barns, etc.. Deck Builds- Framing, rough carpentry, rails, steps, etc Framing- Rough framing, walls, floors, etc Finish Carpentry- Trim work, base and case, miters, coping, etc Windows & Doors- Interior and exterior door installs, case and base, double hungs, casements, etc Ryan Wilcox has owned and operated Dynasty Remodeling LLC for 14 yrs. He started the company from scratch, no investors or other owners, and now they have expanded to Columbus, OH, more specifically Hilliard OH, Dublin OH. The road has been long and the journey...
