But I have been working as a handyman/building contractor for five years with twenty years of apprenticeship prior to that and I am very well acquainted with the demands of this position. I have extensive experience in performing maintenance and repair activities on commercial and private projects which makes me quite versatile as far as work experience is concerned. A strong understanding of masonry, electrical equipment, mechanical layouts, carpentry and plumbing, I can work on most projects with great precision and accuracy. Putting in preventive maintenance systems is my specialty as I possess extensive construction and maintenance knowledge. With great knowledge of performing upgrades and renovations, I am a class apart in whatever project I take up. The key to be a good handyman is to ensure that all projects are taken to completion and that no work is left undone. As I believe in total precision while working, I ensure the completion of each project according to the specifications laid down and this is my greatest virtue.
