Our experienced instructors will help transform you from a "normal" person, to a pilot in no time! The best reason to want to learn to fly, is because it's fun! Most pilots fly for pleasure. However, we can also train you to be a commercial pilot. From your very first lesson, you will be operating the controls, along with your instructor. We use a syllabus that takes you through learning about parts of the airplane and how it flys, to weather, flight planning, aircraft systems . . . and before you know it, . . . you're done! At Rising Phoenix Aviation, we are committed to safety, as demonstrated by our 100% SAFETY RECORD. We work with our students to insure the most complete, yet cost-effective training, avoiding unnecessary expenditures. Training can begin at any age, but you must be at least 16 years old to solo. (Note to parents: Flight training is a wonderful addition to your child's education. It's a great opportunity to him/her to take what they have learned in their classes, and apply it to a real world situation.
