They were on time, wrapped all of items in padding and even took apart and re-built my bed frame in order for it to fit through the door. I highly recommend them. They delivered a full bedroom set that I bought off someone on Craigslist for a reasonable price. They picked up from Seller and carried in to my new condo on the 4th floor with no elevator! They did not charge me anything extra for not having an elevator and being on the 4th floor. They even unassembled and reassembled the furniture so that it can fit through the halls. No damages to my furniture or to the buildings! The even protected all my furniture very thuroughly! Thanks again! 6/2/14: These guys got me moved out of a 3 bedroom house in no time! I will definitely recommend your company to friends/family. 7/31/2014 I see that these movers as many moving companies, has good and bad reviews. I also know that moving out is always a rough day for both movers and customers. I did not judge the company based on reviews saying they were late, people are always late, customers are late, vendors are late. I set aside a nice window to allow movers especially at the end of the month, to be late or early and I had a great experience with the movers today. They were 25 minutes late, and I was okay with that, its the end of the month! They work great, were careful with all my items, and did not rush to finish the job. They are very professional and still finished within the quoted time. My suggestion for people reading reviews, is be careful with people who under rate movers such asthese guys for not being on the dot with time. Their service is great. Sarah P.
