Subaru of Glenwood Springs is seeking a Service Shuttle Driver to drive service customers to and from the dealership. This is a full-time position for someone who is interested in working in the Service Department. Essential Duties include the following Transport passengers safely. Move vehicles as needed. Park vehicles in designated areas. Moving cars between the dealership's display area, workshop, storage facility, and the pick-up point. Maintain the shuttle by sweeping floors, removing snow, cleaning windows, checking/refilling fluids, washing van and emptying trash Maintain daily ridership log and submit on a daily basis Driving and handling all cars responsibly to ensure damage prevention, and protecting dealership property at all times. Driving off-site to run dealership errands when required. Employees are subject to environmental conditions including extreme heat and cold weather Qualifications To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required. Language Skills • Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients and other employees of the organization. Reasoning Ability • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out simple one- or two-step instructions. Ability to deal with standardized situations with only occasional or no variables.
