Looking for private investors interested in earning 12% over a 4 year term secured by real estate. Single family residential only. Looking for $800-900k. Not necessarily from 1 investor. Each project will total around 15-16k. I am an investor in Memphis TN. I have been active full time in real estate for the past 11 years. I flipped houses from 2000 until 2008. Got out of it when the market changed so drastically and of course the sub-prime mortgage melt down. I have accumulated several properties over the years and I would like to acquire about 50 more. Before real estate I worked at Fedex for about 20 years. I am a licensed agent here in Memphis. I am a native and know the city like the back of my hand. The houses I would be purchasing are bank foreclosures. I go in and get them liveable and then turn around and get them occupied. The properties I currently own I have been very successful with.
