Participants learn to innoculate logs, are given a log care guide, and take home the log they innoculate. The classes are also a fun way to see the farm, and share the fun with fellow mushroom enthusiasts! *Sunday December 11th 2011 1:00pm to 5:00pm *Sunday January 15th 2012 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm Extra Logs will be available for purchase.
